    Looks like the sub editors at Channel 2 have vented their political persuasion?

    MABO 1993. Of note, native title claims for the majority have not been settled 17 years later however the mining industry has to treat claimants as if they are the native title holders already (see QLD ILUA Process) without either confirmation or resolution of competing claims. Of further, note, such ILUA Agreements are registered with the State Governments but not open to Freedom of Information-as opposed to the Canadian situation.

    If such agreements were disclosed to the investing public there would be as much outrage to these to match the current RSPT concerns IMO.

    I could go on, and on, and on, but am getting too depressed.
