If I understand correctly the interest free charity type loans are linked directly with a particular "need" that must be quantified and approved, in that the vulnerable people are not just handed cash. e.g if they need to pay their car registration a cheque is made out to the NSW RMS (motor registry) for example.
I wonder how a 40 million dollar loss in court would effect share price. I'm sure someone would have worked it out...
