Pear, some of those posters are undoubtedly spin doctors for BHP trying to manage the damage. BHP/ RIO sent plane loads of lobbyists to Canberra when PM Abbott announced a royal commission into the IO market flood. End result a backflip.
Interesting that Samarco said they had boosted production 3-5 fold at the request of management. If not for this strategy people, dam and investor return would have survived. Very sad all round, especially loss of life and injury. Saturate the falling IO market flawed on so many levels.
