I really think alot of stocks guys just way over-analyse a good deal, im a property guy mostly, and you see alot of guys putting all their data and forecasts up, and they almost sound convincing, then you see time and time again they do their arse on their trades. Dont look a gift horse in the mouth and KISS is my principle. I dont think it has to be hard. Basic charting, support / resistance etc. Is this company likely to withstand a downturn and will it be around in 20 years - yes / no?
