    lets say china govt SUMMONS JP to appear in court in beiijing to give evidence against the crown employees who are in jail when their trial starts?
    would the oz govt here extradite JP to china?

    Or would the oz govt risk a stouch with china and NOT hand over JP to the chinese authorities fearing he could be jailed like the other crown employees were?

    what do u guys recken would happen if such a summons was made by china for JP?
