I think that show has made me fully realise how bad the VIP section of a Casino is for a city. I really generally take quite a numbers based approach to the markets, and often do not think enough about the deeper ramifications, if I am honest with myself. I want any high roller activity involving criminals to be totally banned, and I want anybody involved in criminal activity prosecuted. I also want anybody involved in urging the Crown employees to engage in criminal activity prosecuted as well. Employees are very vulnerable to pressure to do certain things for wages, and can easily receive a false impression that what they are doing is OK.

I live in Melbourne and I do not want any large business involving itself with the triads or other gangs. There is enough crime here already without risking Melbourne becoming Gotham city, or like Moscow or Beijing. If I lived in Sydney and saw that show - I would not want Barangaroo. I also want anybody involved in the Triads who lives in Melbourne to be harrassed out of my city by the police.

I will be disappointed if I don't see detailed prosecutions of all of those involved. I'm sure the investigations are under way already. Crown has been in Melbourne for about 20 years - I wonder how deeply the corruption has set in.
