Exactly. It's a bit like pokies; we've known for so long that it's not random, and that it's not designed for you to be able to win (easily). Obviously it can't be impossible to win (that would be illegal I assume), but pubs, clubs and casinos wouldn't have them if they weren't going to make money off them. They use all kinds of psychological tricks to keep you feeding them, even after you win something.
We all know how these things work. Just have to accept it and make your own choices.
