At the very best one can say that a lot of money has been wasted.

If you are saying that things are soon to change, that's good, but it would be more realistic if you were honest in assessing the past performance of this company.

The cashburn has been horrific and time and time again the result of the cashburn has been budget price cap raising and heavy dilution caused by the issuing of zillions of shares. Hence the appalling performance of the sp.
