Re the Virginia deposit.


Sprott(SRC)TSX-SCP agrees to purchase 16752553 VAUH shares
($6m)from treasury at a price of C$0.358 per share.
In addition certain VAUH shareholders intend to exchange
16154319 shares of VAUH for 1327007 shares of SRC.
Following the completion of the transaction VAUH would have 165707411 shares outstanding.

Src will hold 19.9% in VA Uranium Holdings.

Last traded price of SCP was C$4.39

Just on the shares issued,that's $57m + $6m in cash
for the 19.9%


The Virginia resource is 119m pounds
but at a cut off of 0.025%


At a cut off of 0.2% there is 18.1m pounds of U.

And that's a resource that will have the biggest hurdle being mined.
