There is listed a Clifford /Moya/Clifford as the holder of 32 m shares but I don't know of any others who may hold 20 m shares. Shares closed at $5.61 that day .The sale went through after the closing auction at 4.29pm.
Maybe it was a buyback from another holder who wanted out rather than have them dumped on the market. Added up to about $110 m would be 3.32% 0f the listed shares. I guess someone will have to put their hand up shortly.
