Lets do the math.......(using approximates)

The top 40 hold two thirds of the shares

there are 4500 shareholders

there are 1100 oppie holders

800 oppie holders hold shares

Every shareholder that doesn't hold oppies that I have talked to thinks the 1 for 8 bribe stinks and will vote it down

there are over 3000 fpo holders(with no oppies) with marketable parcels of shares.

I am happy that the litigation extortionists have been bought off with the olive branch because this group was the most self motivated and damaging

Now we watch the sp as we factor in AIM ,and the olive branch.

This potential deal will wipe off 5 then 10

My guess is , the vote will surprise

Either way , it will reflect the mind set of the company's shareholders and we will all abide by the vote
