Hi Madmacs ,
To start with I cannot use the PBD code on Hot Copper to post so I have uses the CNB code however this post is about PBD , Port Bouvard ,here is another share with brilliant figures,a very low value price and good asset cover and a dividend yield over 6% with potential to grow. Looks as if this one is one of Mr Sarich's companies.Also one should bear in mind that the increase in the AU $ against the US $ is protecting property investors again against and chance of rising interest rates . Smart investors are returning to property shares,the ones which are basic all cheap, such as CNB. When otheres remove the scales from their eyes the shares will be higher.
