I had a good read of their annual report last night. As a Canberra lad I was very impressed with their portfolio of investments. Over the last ten years while Sydney and Melbourne property markets were going through the roof the Canberra market pretty much marked time until the last few years.

While I expect the property boom to slow in Sydney and Melbourne I believe Canberra may continue to outperform most cities over the next 5 years.

Anyway I bought into the company over the last week and i believe the fundamentals could see cnb above $2 short term.
