Respect to cainsy first and foremost but we can't jump to conclusions.
Maybe cainsy was a subcontractor and the general contractor has been replaced.
Heathgate would still need rehabilitation experts and probably even more so now.
Rehabilitation is an ongoing aspect of mining.
