Quite honestly Billy, I cannot think why HH would be seeking a valuation at this present stage. In saying that, I couldn't imagine a valuation would come into the equation before the trial has been held and a judgment reached.
I believe any out of court mediation or possible settlement would be just that - out of court, with no input or involvement from HH.
However, being male, I have been wrong before.
