Well, i have been watching this for quite a while now, huge ups and downs.
$4.5 Mill cash , zero debts and some solid potential projects.
Clearly 1.1 is bottom as big buyers presenting at that level.
88e is in a terribl;e financial state yet they are trading at a whopping $90 Mill.
I think it may well be time to take a serious look at RMP.
Do i wait for 1.1 or plunge in at 1.2?
