It's better to sue ASX, they have more money to pay us out.

The reason is that ASX should check all anns before putting them out. The market rely on them to keep the integrity of the system. Cannot be excused for coming out after the bad write up from newspaper. I think ASX took action after the newspaper article. ASX failed the duty of care to the investors.

To me, the company did not break any laws just looking very bad the way they did it.

It was bad luck for me watched this for a month before i bought in and bang, it was suspended the next day. Anyway, it was the cash boast money from government. But wish that could do a better return to me than writing it off.
