Basically, in the case of PLS, it's stuck in a 60-40c price range with constant fluctuations. Once it hits the ST highs, it's shorted or/and sold for quick 30-50% profit. Rinse and repeat, and it the case with most small-cap lit juniors right now.
I think because there is a lot of hype right now about lithium, people can easily manipulate that into fear (and false hope) to aid with driving the SP in their preferred direction.
Really, if you're LT on this, you don't need to even worry about these ST fluctuations.
