Todd're not doing this as they expect these guys will be using directors meetings to talk about social events.
My take - together with new CEO Paton - (BP then BHP), and Tweedie (ex Todd CEO) CUE now have a real bunch of "heavies" ready to guide it into a bigger operation.
I can't see it being a takeover issue - more of Todd's wanting to ensure its investment will grow (I assume) ... and look at Todd's growth over the years.
I'm real excited now!
The sp action today will tell us what the market thinks.
