But thats exactly it.. trending in and out is pointless especially if you have held for less than a year because you lose the capital gains advantage of holding a stock for 12 months plus+ to only pay 25%
ES would be good if you were swing trading growth stocks. But i have found that swing trading is best suited to non growth stocks. Growth stocks are buy + hold.
