Wait and see where it consolidates at the bottom first.

My experience with OPY is patience. It will reward you.

You got in at $4.7 and SP is $2.94 at the moment so it’s a 37% loss. I would do the average down when my share price hits 30% loss. But at this moment, OPY could go 40-45%, who knows. But it’s very attractive to average down once it hits 30%. It has been worked perfectly for all of my stocks so far.
