Hopefully they can make things clearer in the q1 report. Lots of things have happened since the beginning of the quarter. Consistent ramp up of plant 2 with increasing production and high gold price. New government finally appointed (probably couldn't get a Thai loan until political situation clearer). Works under way for refurb of plant 1. Start of mining on the Quartz lease (?). Potential suitors for NE sale (silver price plays a big part in this). Also, the quarterlies have obligatory reporting, such as a requirement to calculate how many quarters of funding left, based on previous q outflow vs current cash (bullion receivable doesn't count). Hence the requirement to explain how they will be able to fund themselves through the current quarter, which is why they need to mention NE sale / Thai loan as potential back stops.
