In terms of finance requirements, they are indirectly stating they may not need any, given cash and gold on hand. The previous quarterly also flagged Sept would be cash flow positive.
As an ASX company director you would not want to make a vague representation about finances unless you're close to 100% sure given ligation would sure to follow. The company placated some shareholders with the recent update whilst disappoint those that want more. Some shareholders know the true ability of RSK to raise funds when needed via his broad network of connections and also the financial upside of Chatree. Whiles others simply don't.
