I did pay most of my tax bill with zip. the $1k limit was the only thing that stopped me from paying all of it.

No doubt Afterpay is ahead of us in the bnpl space. They needed to be, they created this industry and their company name perfectly describes the service provided which was brand new. They are taking their one service and doing the same to grow the industry in the US. Zip is giving them strong competition in Australia which is great, and we only have more market share to gain. But, we are also entering other credit spaces with zip biz & spotcap which means zip is diversifying its service, which is why the focus is still on Australia.

The downside is that we are a little slower to expand geographically. I'm not sure of the strategy for the US, when it will happen, whether it will leverage Quadpay or introduce the zip brand etc. I hope the $60m they raised will speed this entry.
