However, I firmly reject and regard as defamatory any statements or insinuations alleging that I have engaged in the dissemination of "child sexual content" or related illegal activities. Such allegations are entirely baseless, false, and damaging to my reputation.
Under the Defamation Act 2005 (NSW), defamatory material is any published content that could harm a person’s reputation by causing others to think less of them. These allegations meet the definition of defamatory statements as they are untrue, injurious, and published in a public forum.
I request that you immediately refrain from making further defamatory statements or insinuations to this effect. Additionally, I ask that moderators promptly remove any posts, comments, or content that directly or indirectly reference my username, "FreeFromStyle," its abbreviation "FFS," or any similar identifiers in conjunction with defamatory terms such as "child," "sex," "illegal," or "exploitation."
I also reject the notion that the viewing or dissemination of images or content from the South Park TV show constitutes illegal activity in any state or territory of Australia, where the material is lawfully available and falls within the bounds of legal classification under the Classification (Publications, Films, and Computer Games) Act 1995 (Cth) and the corresponding state enforcement acts. Reasonable interpretations of such content do not meet the threshold of illegality under Australian law.
These defamatory allegations are harmful and baseless, and I reserve the right to take further action.
