Being a long holder I have seen some hare brained moves in the past that never came off, like the U.K for example, but Cynthia Scott's steady hand of late has made all the difference. The interest rate fall in the U.S is a windfall for sure, things are looking good, the bad debts haven't ballooned, and are steady at 1.6. Zip SP went up to plus $10 on a dream and now it's ready to do that again on substance. Cynthia we owe you.
