I've been involved myself in contractual agreements

and if there's no royalty included in the agreement

then from previous experience that doesn't make it more complicated

that makes it more clear cut

pretty hard to currently stand and ask to have a royalty added into the contract because

it should've been part of the negotiations in retrospect

just to be clear : if they didn't include a royalty when the contract was written then under no circumstances would they now be willing to include a royalty in the present
