I can only offer a personal POV
1. it's semantics but the only time the assay results are pertinent is when they arrive in your Inbox and if they don't arrive then they're not available
2. no . see above answer
3. no only party the assays belong to is the party that pays the bills
4. revert to answer 1 at all times
5. relax you are sitting on one of your best investments of 2021 /22/23 and beyond
