But when you clicked on the Hotcopper Terms and Conditions just before making your original post, you did agree to abide by their terms and conditions, including Section 6 f, where you specifically agreed:

'not to upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party;'

You then immediately proceeded to breach this agreement with Hotcopper, by uploading content that infringes both the copyright and proprietary rights of Mr Strachan and his clients.
