MSB is without doubt an amazing alliance with Cephalon & the sp. has clearly reflected this. I think you are correct with Australias largest biotech to date in cash terms - $130m upfront & $1.7B in milestones. Amazing grab.
But i guess the question was more inline with deal number as opposed to deal size - to strengthen validation. Also Cephalon fall in the Top 10 pharmaceutical companies, but they are growing.
