Are you suggesting that the directors may be deliberately capping the share price for 20 days preceding Nov 23 in order to lower the exercise price of their incentive options?
Interesting theory.
Why would you hold shares in a company if you believed management might do that? You could put the accusation to the directors themselves and see what sort of response you get, or perhaps you may feel a call to ASIC might be more appropriate.
