Because Happy they do not have to exercise them until 2014, by which time they are expected to be well in the money.
That aside, frankly I think the current price is obtuse. I bought a few and am in line to buy more. Gold is holding and its iternational price, rather than AuD price, may be more relevant for GMR in the event that, eg, its European resource proves up, and Europen interests seek a share.
