I didn't mention that a few days ago, PBT raised $US20 mill before cost. And they would have had about $A3 mill. cash left in the kitty;

say a total of $A 30.4 mill. Add to that 19.75 mill unlisted options to convert @ 50 cents before 1 Dec. or a total of $9.9 mill.

So, you'll be looking at $40.3 mill to be available from now on.

There are still another 1.1 mil 2005 options to convert as well.

Shares: 75 mill +4 mill ADR's or a total of 115 mill.

ADR Warrants: 3 mill @ $US8 per WArrant in 2009. ( That is the same as having 30 mill options to convert @ 80 US cents in 2009).

Also: 19.75 mill unlisted Options to convert @50 cents in Dec. 2004.
And 1.1 mill. Options with various conversions.

Totals:
SHARES: 115 mil.

Options: 50.85 mill (these include Warrants as discussed).
