fancypants/others: This is IMO, only: I hate to waste my time to read poster on HC that - to me - do not make any sense. That is just a waste of my time and those (again JIMHO) non-sense ("down-ramping") posts contain nothing that I need to know. Hence, I always put just posters "on ignore" swiftly. Would also appreciate if not too many would continue to reply to them...
Anyhow: I believe that NEU is still undervalued at the moment and hopefully when ROW will get announced sooner or later (now most likely 'sooner'), then I would tend to assume will drive the NEU share-price to a higher share-price level. Time will tell as usual.
