ill still stick to my view the issue with Mirvac is at current pricing levels it’s hard to see capital growth or dividend growth given the headwinds.... a shot in the arm (pardon the pun!) doesn’t fix that they aren’t collecting full rents across MPT and leasing market is getting worse
do some dd on the Dexus sale, I’ll give you a hint look at the WALE at sale vs last book it’s an extra year on average! They are propping up the sale artificially
