That the emerging channels will provide the growth that doesn't come form expanding the customer base which they are doing very well. Double digit EBITDA growth is pretty impressive.
Think back to when your mother was a teenager ( mine was riding a horse to school and reading with a candle) Fair bit of growth in digital solutions since then. We didn't have television untill 1956 and the first things that were anything like a computer were 10 years behind that.
One of the big problems with new technology is that, because it is developing so quickly, it confuses and frustrates people. "Making Humans Happier" tells me that these people know what they have to do to win customer support.
The Grey Army might just twig to that.
