IMO they're playing this out for our western short term thinking
China thinks and plans long term and long term they seriously want it
An important book on oriental negotiating skill to win at all costs written by a US Chinese "Thick Face Black Heart"
They will drive you crazy with their negotiating games and last minute tricks
Just trying to outplay the potential opponents
They are in this already, so they want it
