As we all know the basket price can vary one way or another from time to time. One can play with the spread sheet with any nominated basket price to ascertain the downside or upside. In managements defense I think they have used that basket price as a figure of where they think the price will be in in 2016 when production is forecast to happen. The viability risk can be calculated. Any rise in the basket price makes PEK look very good indeed.
