Yes, you're right of course. There were christian inhabitants of Jerusalem who were slaughtered by the crusaders during those 2 days.
They simply slaughtered all of the inhabitants (except, I think, for one small group on top of one building who were given the banner of one of the leaders of the crusade for protection).
