Here is my logic.
Lets say Legacy is valued by the Indians at $60m for 100%. They will have to couch up $ to get the 50%, and the only way you can do that is to double the shares on issue.
SO LCY will have assets + Shareholders = $60m
the indians will contribute cash = $60m.
This cash will be paid at the transaction price
So total is $120m, with the company having a cash backing of 12.8c, being $60m cash over 466m shares.
