Difficult one to gauge -

1) disaterous acquisition communication - who takes a major stake in a strategic without first confirming they will be welcome in side the tent and ‘ or expand into the killing fields of capital ( payments in Malaysia) via a 3rd tier minnow.

2) product startegy unclear - seems to be a stable of unrelated products

3) talking up a banking license that is probably useless ( big players with licensing are backing down and not launching eg Revolut)

4) Repeat capital raising undermining existing Shareholder Value and unfulfilled promises on profits and cash flow

if Mr Cook can address the above then clearly undervalued both as an ongoing entity and ‘or an IP acquisition target, anyway too late to sell now.

im holding in the hope they can sort this mess out and announce a clear and focussed strategy.
