Nobody is a victim of a diluted shareholding. Red was always going to be raising capital to get through startup and possibly further pending on the POG . If an investor makes the personal choice to not buy their quota in the capital raise or on market if the SP fell less than the offer, In my eyes the investor is responsible for diluting their shareholding not the company. From my memory the last raise was roughly 13c , To me that was screaming “ Back the Truck up “ , and the offer got filled and the SP hovered around that price for a bit , so I assume many people got on it and are happy with the rewards for their decision . I’ve been a holder of RED5 since 2020 so I’ve ridden the SP waves but I’ve always been long on them. We’re making Guidance, paying down debt, possibly merging with a cash upped SLR to become a mid tier miner( There has been plenty of opportunities to buy SLR shares at $1 or less since they first bought a Stake into RED5 last year, which should hedge against Shareholding dilution if a merger eventuated), We’re entering the ASX200. If we keep ticking the boxes Dumb money should start flowing into RED5 and even if an investor has chosen to dilute their holding they should still make a nice capital gain.
