Repeating an untruth over and over doesn't make it true - the situation in 2016, after the appointment of Dueterte's new Mining Minister (who was very anti-mining), all permits were frozen, which mean't RED could not secure a permit to build a new tailings dam necessary, nor get the permit to mine other ground, making the mine uneconomic. RED did not have the credibility to borrow, and we all know what you and other curmudgeons would have screamed if a CR was mooted at low SP - the BOD could have sat on their hands, covered their ears and eyes and arses and hoped for the best.
Instead they searched out opportunities in a safe location - they found Darlot and KOTH in WA, and the rest is history - if they had not there would be no RED KOTH'24 ... you cant have it both ways - endlessly bring up Siana and embrace KOTH.
Col thinks KOTH is worth 50c per share - you should too, so, STFU about SIana, its a total irrelevancy and a useless distraction, FFS move on !
