We all had the same opportunity. When I started buying RED as a long term investment, I purchased and did a little trading between $0.30 and a high of $0.38. I took part in the first cap raising but guessed [correctly] in the second that I could do better on market and did so with a handbag full @ $0.125. I managed to dilute and expand my holding to a cost basis of exactly $0.21. I have also had some fun trading with a simple $5k that is now two parcels of around $8k. If you wish to confirm this indirectly, look at the next buy order @ $0.33 in the market depth (25454 shares) which is my order. That is where one of my fun parcels is at and in some ways, I hope it never gets filled. The other I got @ $0.30 is sitting awaiting my next sell trigger but I shall not share this with anyone.

I might suggest what Joe is saying above is that we all have had the same opportunities, some have failed, maybe because of lack of capitol, perhaps lack of confidence, many with lack of belief...some because they didn't go into RED with a system and a plan and exit strategy or reinvestment strategy if things didn't pan out in the way they wanted it to.

While I don't like quoting Mr Buffet, one of his rules is to understand the company. I had never invested in gold or any mining for that matter. I did my research with the belief the world economy is at breaking point. You only have to look at the inverse yield curve, political unrest on a world and local scale and the printing of money trying to hide it. To that end I went into opportunity mode and while it has continued far longer than anticipated, I am still holding the course.

As for Mr Buffets, I did a geology course online that while was long and laborious, it taught me much, even things like how to read report of drills. Terminology is very specific in this space and if you don't understand it then why are you investing your money? If you do understand it then you are ahead of so many people here. Other than that, you are better off playing cards at the casino.

Investing and trading is hard work, always has been. That's why I sit through every episode of the geology course which is aimed at investors. That's why I take notes as if I am still in school. Something often mentioned in results around Au is High or Low sulfur. Do you know what they mean and the difference is? I have now read many drill reports that allude to something that isn't there, they give you all the information and do not lie but use language that doesn't give us the full picture. I have read reports along the lines of "Au and Ag were found together in this high sulfa area."

So, going back to Joe's novel, I have managed one myself.

    DYOR....PLEASE!
