that's correct
if opinion is on a subjective matter, one is entitled to hold their opinion (e.g. which flavour of pasteurised sugary ice cream does one prefer)
if the matter is factual, then one is NOT entitled to hold incorrect views. being wrong is immoral. immorality is subject to the self defence principle.
and yes, there is such a thing as objective truth, it's called natural law.
