OH boy, another armchair critic, "Monday Morning quarterback" .... whats your business experience - have you any management experience, especially in mining ? I suspect not !!
RED's much criticised management, has found 2 very cheap assets, and in a very difficult 6 yr period, commenced the Leonora consolidation, and went on to create the next big mid-tier gold miner, with long life and further consolidation potential - Yes in retrospect some things could have been done differently, but 20:20 hindsight is not how life is lived.
SLR MD came on board when the SP was headed for 14c .... managed to steady the ship, engineer 2 highly valued added acquisitions, to have to SP max out at 256c, then to negotiate the COVID emergency, to finally end up in a historic merger with RED, which SLR will be the main managers.
Could things have been done different ... maybe, but here we are.
Gold mining is a difficult business with many variables, and companies must continually seek growth to replace production - standing still means going backwards - easier said than done IMHO.
So, if you have any constructive comments, you're welcome, but if you keep the cheap shots coming, expect an unfriendly response.
