Can you learn how to write currency properly?
FfS. It is either $0.39 or 39 cents.
$39 cents is 39 dollars even with the word cents written after it. It is a sentence that doesn't make sense.
Impossible to take anything you say seriously when you write something so simple so blatantly incorrect.
Surely I am not the only one who hates the fact that even the thread name is incorrect.
