No, Hopeful Hitter's grammar is correct. It is yours that is wrong.You could say "write something so simple, so blatant, incorrectly" but that changes the sense of what Hopeful Hitter was saying. Words have to be used in the correct way for meaning to be transferred. It was the title that was simple (or rather, tried to be). It was not blatant but it was incorrect, whereas the misuse of the words in the title can be called blatant as well as being incorrect and so "blatantly incorrect" is indeed correct.
