Share price won't progress much while the huge share overhang exists. Big buyers won't push it up if there is any chance of picking up a large parcel at a cheap price if it is sold - either by placement to sophs or on market. They also won't buy now in case it gets smashed down by RED selling the overhang. IMHO we will under perform until there is clarity on the SLR RED share overhang. Hopefully that happens with the quarterly. My preference is to cancel the shares as we cannot get a fair price under the current scenario. But many an irrational director fail to consider this. Furthermore, as an SLR holder I am waiting to offload at a better price, probably like many other SLR holders. And that is a humongous 48% share overhang. Will take months to work that one off.
