It could be that the market is as perplexed regarding any synergies in this merger as I am. Maybe they exist but I haven't read anything about them. A confused market is "seller go elsewhere" market. There are plenty of other opportunities with more clarity.. Clearly Tonkin's remuneration (and everyone else's) should be voted down until some direction emerges from HQ.
